Krista Olsen Dibsie

Co-founder of The Beauty Foundation, Krista is also board member and trustee of her family’s own non-profit organization. Inspired at a young age by her father to always give back, she helped launch the Beauty Foundation to assist women suffering from cancer. Krista’s mantra is “we’re all at risk” and is dedicated to growing the foundation with the other members to reach out to as many families as possible.

Krista holds a psychology degree from Rutgers and has a background in fashion and pharmaceutical sales. Krista resides in Monmouth County with her 3 children.

 

Carla Scarabino

Co-founder of The Beauty Foundation, Carla is a former Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank. After leaving the banking industry to raise her daughters and remain closer to home, Carla immediately became involved with various fundraising activities within Monmouth County. She honed her skills in fundraising and event planning, and co-founded CNJ Communications, a boutique marketing, public relations, and branding company in Monmouth County. Soon after, Carla helped launch The Beauty Foundation and currently serves as Trustee and Treasurer.

Carla currently resides in Middletown, NJ with her husband Nicholas and 2 daughters.

Danielle Benavides

Danielle joined The Beauty Foundation in 2010. Growing up she watched her mom battle and conquer breast cancer A former cosmetologist, Danielle now devotes her time to The Beauty Foundation, and Aidan’s Voice Foundation while raising her sons.

Danielle lives in Morganville with her husband Albert and 3 sons.

 

 

Lori Ceraolo

Lori, a former Human Resources executive, joined The Beauty Foundation after her daughter Jacklyn was successfully treated for osteosarcoma. Lori experienced firsthand the horrors of cancer treatment, and what it does to both the patient and the family. She now dedicates most of her time to the organization, ensuring that cancer patients and their families have what they need to battle and beat the disease.

Lori lives in Marlboro with her husband Brian and 4 children.

Diane De Lillo Rokkos

Diane De Lillo Rokkos, Esq. is a former Assistant District Attorney for Richmond County, NY, and also served as in-house counsel and Corporate Secretary for Richmond County Savings Bank. After her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and witnessing the devastating effects it had on her family, Diane decided to leave the corporate world to care for her mother and her children. Diane proudly became a board member of The Beauty Foundation and provides legal counsel for their mission.

Diane currently resides in Holmdel, New Jersey with her husband Peter and her 3 children.

Danielle Ruggiero

Danielle has been a Monmouth County resident for over 30 years. She has a background in the fields of business and education, but her true passion, besides her family, is philanthropy. The programs she dedicates her time to concern the arts, preservation, and initiatives that provide aide to children and families. In addition to serving on the Board of The Beauty Foundation, Danielle is a member of Monmouth University’s Dean’s advisory council and Delta Kappa Gamma, a group of women educators.

Danielle resides in Monmouth County with her husband of five years.

 

Brian Ceraolo

Brian is the founder and owner of Peerless Media, a B2B media company based in Framingham, MA. Prior to that, Brian held positions as Group Publisher at Reed Elsevier and Senior Vice President at Keller International Publishing. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Fairfield University in CT. Brian proudly joined The Beauty Foundation’s board after his daughter, Jacklyn, successfully battled bone cancer in 2009. Brian currently lives in Marlboro with his wife and fellow board member, Lori, and 4 children.
