Meet our Board of Directors.

Co-founder of The Beauty Foundation, Krista is also a board member and trustee of her family’s own non-profit organization. Inspired at a young age by her father to always give back, she helped launch the Beauty Foundation to (originally) assist women suffering from cancer. Krista’s mantra is “we’re all at risk” and is dedicated to growing the foundation with the other members to reach out to as many families in need as possible.

Krista holds a psychology degree from Rutgers and has a background in fashion and pharmaceutical sales.  Also a successful entrepreneur in the skincare industry, she currently runs The Center for Aesthetic Medicine in Colts Neck, NJ, and manages sales of wines from her family’s South African vineyard.

Krista resides in Monmouth County with her 3 children.

Co-founder of The Beauty Foundation, Carla is a former Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank. After leaving the banking industry to raise her daughters and remain closer to home, Carla immediately became involved with various fundraising activities within Monmouth County. She honed her skills in fundraising and event planning, and co-founded CNJ Communications, a boutique marketing, public relations, and branding company in Monmouth County. Soon after, Carla helped launch The Beauty Foundation and currently serves as Trustee and Treasurer.  Carla currently resides in Monmouth Beach, NJ with her husband Nicholas and 2 daughters.

Diane is originally from Staten Island, New York and currently resides in Holmdel, New Jersey with her husband Peter and her three children, George, Catherine and Alexander. She graduated cum laude from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and received her juris doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, New York. After graduation, Diane worked for several years as an Assistant District Attorney for Richmond County in the Special Victims and Major Case units before being transferred to Special Narcotics Division in the Manhattan District Attorney’s office. After leaving the District Attorney’s office, Diane became in-house counsel and Corporate Secretary for Richmond County Savings Bank and the Recording Secretary for the bank’s charitable arm, Richmond County Savings Foundation. After the bank was acquired, Diane chose to stay home to raise her children and to care for her mother, Concetta, who was courageously battling breast cancer.

After witnessing firsthand the devastating effects that cancer had on her mother and the family as a whole, Diane elected to volunteer with an organization that directly supports those individuals suffering from cancer and their families.

Danielle has been a Monmouth County resident for over 40 years. She is a graduate from the University of Maryland and holds Master's Degrees from Monmouth University's Graduate School of Education. Although her career-path has led her into the fields of business and education, her true passion, besides her family, is social work and charitable causes. The programs she is fortunate to work with surround the arts, land preservation, and initiatives that provide aide to children and families. Her dedication to serving on the Board of the Beauty Foundation for Cancer Care grew from volunteer opportunities, which put her directly in front of the families that Beauty Foundation serves, to being an active board member – something she considers a true privilege.

Danielle resides in Monmouth County with her husband John.
