Krista Olsen

Co-founder of The Beauty Foundation, Krista is also a board member and trustee of her family’s own non-profit organization. Inspired at a young age by her father to always give back, she helped launch the Beauty Foundation to (originally) assist women suffering from cancer. Krista’s mantra is “we’re all at risk” and is dedicated to growing the foundation with the other members to reach out to as many families in need as possible.

Krista holds a psychology degree from Rutgers University and has a background in fashion and pharmaceutical sales. Additionally, she is a successful entrepreneur in the skincare industry and manages sales of wines from her family’s South African vineyard. 

Krista resides in Monmouth County with her 3 children.

Carla Scarabino

Co-founder of The Beauty Foundation, Carla is a former Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank. After leaving the banking industry to raise her daughters and remain closer to home, Carla immediately became involved with various fundraising activities within Monmouth County.

She honed her skills in fundraising and event planning, and co-founded CNJ Communications, a boutique marketing, public relations, and branding company in Monmouth County.

Soon after, Carla helped launch The Beauty Foundation and currently serves as Trustee and Treasurer.  Carla currently resides in Monmouth Beach, NJ with her husband Nicholas and 2 daughters.

Diane De Lillo Rokkos, Esq.

Diane is originally from Staten Island, New York and now resides in Holmdel, New Jersey with her husband, Peter and her three children. She graduated cum laude from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and received her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, New York.

Diane worked for several years as an Assistant District Attorney for Richmond County in the Special Victims and Major Case units as well as the Special Narcotics Division in the Manhattan District Attorney’s office. Diane also worked as in-house counsel and Corporate Secretary for Richmond County Savings Bank and the Recording Secretary for the bank’s charitable arm, Richmond County Savings Foundation. Currently, she is in private practice with The Gallucci Law Firm.

In honor of her mother, Diane is committed to volunteering with an organization that directly supports those individuals suffering from cancer.

Warren Diamond

A longtime Rumson resident, Warren is an avid supporter of many local causes, including Monmouth Medical Foundation, the Beauty Foundation Cancer Care, K. Hovnanian Children’s Hospital, ARC Foundation, Meridian Health Care, Mayor’s Advisory Committee on Environmental Cleanup, American Cancer Society, Women’s Philanthropic Fund, and Visiting Nurses Association.

Currently CEO of American Real Estate Management, which owns and operates the Self-Storage chain known as American Self Storage, Warren and his family are committed to improving the lives of families facing hardship.

Dr. Stephanie Reynolds

Stephanie is originally from South Orange and graduated cum laude from Hunter College in New York City. She studied Medicine at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and did her residency in Emergency Medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. After her residency she spent two years at Queens General Hospital and taught for Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

In 2006, along with her husband and 2 children, she relocated to Monmouth County and accepted a position in the Emergency Department at Riverview Medical Center. After a few years she became the Medical Director and Chairman of Emergency Medicine. Stephanie is now on staff at Jersey Shore University Medical Center and Ocean Medical Center, as well as teaching at Hackensack Meridian Health School of Medicine.

Stephanie has been an active member in her community serving on various committees and offering her services to many organizations. She has earned Physician of the Year, as well as numerous Community Volunteer Awards for her work throughout Monmouth County.

Danielle Ruggiero

Danielle has been a Monmouth County resident for over 40 years. She is a graduate from the University of Maryland and holds Master's Degrees from Monmouth University's Graduate School of Education. Although her career-path has led her into the fields of business and education, her true passion, besides her family, is social work and charitable causes. The programs she is fortunate to work with surround the arts, land preservation, and initiatives that provide aide to children and families.

Her dedication to serving on the Board of the Beauty Foundation for Cancer Care grew from volunteer opportunities, which put her directly in front of the families that Beauty Foundation serves, to being an active board member – something she considers a true privilege.

Danielle resides in Monmouth County with her husband John.

Lori Ceraolo

Lori, a former Human Resources executive, joined The Beauty Foundation after her daughter Jacklyn was successfully treated for osteosarcoma. Lori experienced firsthand the horrors of cancer treatment, and what it does to both the patient and the family.

She now dedicates most of her time to the organization, ensuring that cancer patients and their families have what they need to battle and beat the disease. Lori lives in Marlboro with her husband Brian and 4 children.

Brian Ceraolo

Brian is the founder and President of Peerless Media, a B2B media company based in Framingham, MA. Prior to that, Brian held senior executive positions at Reed Elsevier and Keller International Publishing. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Fairfield University in CT.

Brian proudly joined The Beauty Foundation’s board after his daughter, Jacklyn, successfully battled bone cancer in 2009. Brian currently lives in Marlboro with his wife and fellow board member, Lori, and 4 children.

Kim Roma

Kim graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Kim is a former Assistant Treasurer for Bankers Trust Company. After leaving the investment banking industry, Kim chose to stay at home to raise her three children. During this time she did a lot of volunteer work including her kids’ school activities and fundraising events and the Cub Scouts of America; while also working for the Jackson School District. Kim is employed by Rumson Country Club, in the accounting office. Kim currently resides in Monmouth County with her husband, Dr. Kevin Roma.

Kim is aware that cancer doesn’t discriminate, and cancer not only affects the person who has been diagnosed, but the family as well. Kim gladly volunteers her time and bookkeeping help to The Beauty Foundation because they directly support those individuals and their families suffering from cancer.
